 We face a lot of choices everyday in our life. Therefore, we need to think and make decision accordingly. All of us focus on big decisions such as marriage and career. However, do you know those small decisions that we made everyday will give us big impact on our life? This is a compound effect. We are responsible for every action in our daily routine. In terms of economics, compound effect is the effect of the results that grow exponentially. Here I am going to share with you three ways to transform you to become a better self with compound effect.

            The First way is to be mindful of your decisions. Observe every decision you made in life. Does it closer to your goals? Does it improve your lifestyle? Think about it. If you decided without thinking ahead, these little actions may become bad habits in your life. For example,you eat too many snacks while watching TV. You sleep more than 8 hours because of raining weather.  How to avoid bad habits and transform them into productive behavior? Design your life in the beginning and automate your decisions everyday.  


           The second way is to write a thanksgiving journal. You can start to write one single sentence to record down the event you appreciate. For example, treat from your colleague or boss, a gift from your girlfriend or a wish from your friend. Write down on a small pieces of paper. Next, you can wrap the paper into a star shape  and store it in a box. Each star adds more luck to your life! People who appreciate life always have more luck!
        
            Luck has other meanings too. Definition of luck is equal to Opportunity,Preparation,Attitude and Action.It can be remembered as OPAA! Sounds familiar right? Oppa means the handsome guy in Korea. When you want to be shine as Oppa, bear in mind that opaa will give you luck! 

Why power

          Thirdly is why power. Why power is the power that always motivates us to live and strive for a goal. Imagine the life that you wish to achieve and ask yourself why you want to achieve it. For example, I wish to learn public speaking because I want to become a professional trainer that provides value to others. You can also list down areas of improvement you wish to improve and ask yourself
why you want to achieve it. Imagine the days that you have achieved it and you burst into tears when you think about it. There are few areas such as relationships,health,career and wealth that can improve in life. Focus on one area at one time and track your habit everyday. For instance, you are planning to lose weight. You can start to track everything you put in your mouth.You can avoid unhealthy junk food and you can  reduce your weight easily. 

        Lastly,the summation of little things generates a compound effect. Don't underestimate the tiny little things. It can transform you into a  successful person and made you extraordinary. Spend the effort to instill winning habits in your life. Practice good habits and stay consistent on them. Believe the universe will reward you one day.
