undeniable that in our life we need to be confident in ourselves. We need to
always confident about what we know. After we have done the same task
repeatedly, we assume that we are mastered in that action. We think we know
things well and stop learning. However, if there are slightly changing about
the task, are you able to handle it? Most of us will have a high confidence
level before we execute it because we think that we can handle it. In reality,
your confidence level will drop because you overestimate your ability. You are
overconfident. How to deal with this kind of situation? Although you have understood
the things well, you must spend time to rethink and reflect what we have
learned.

learning is an essential process of learning. You can test yourself by doing

Nowadays we cannot resist the temptation to swipe your smartphone. Try to keep away the device that may distract you when you are learning. Next, Bad emotions such as anger, worry, or nervousness made us cannot concentrate on learning. A lot of things that come up in our mind and it occupies our working memory. There is no extra space for your learning. Therefore, check yourself before you begin your learning. If you notice that you have bad emotions, accept it. Close your eye and relax your body. Focus your breathing. Inhale and exhale slowly. Wait for 5 minutes and open your eye again. Repeat if you still feel uncomfortable.
