Nowadays, electronic devices such as smartphones have become an essential tool in life. Modern people can’t live without it because they are fearful of missing out. Every day they spend most of their time on smartphones and lazy to exercise or do their daily task. Are you part of them? If the answer is yes, don’t panic! Here are the ways how to energize your life.
Human
has already existed on this earth in the early century. The world is
continuously developed until today and now we are surrounded by technology
devices. We just focus too much on social status and money and forget the basic
need for human survival. We always made our life difficult instead of made our
life simple. Imagine there is no internet in today's world, how are you going
to spend your time? I believe most people will feel that life is empty and
miserable without the internet because they spend too much time on smartphones,
notepads, or tablets.
It
is undeniable that the smartphone has improved our life but you must use it
wisely. Control your time to spend on smartphones and start to energize
yourself every day. How to do it? Exercise! Your body is in motion when you exercise.
Moving your body can help you to reduce stress. Exercise can release dopamine
which can boost your mood and overall sense of well-being. You must exercise
regardless of how busy is your life. Allocate some time to exercise. There are
many forms of exercise today. You can just do a simple workout, jogging,
playing badminton. Don’t aim for perfection. Try to convert your daily exercise
to habit so can use less willpower to start your exercise. Exercise can help
you stay happy and healthy all the time!
My hobby is dancing. I attended a Zumba class after work every Monday in the last two years. I like dancing because I can express my emotion through motion. When I listen to music, I can feel the rhythm of music and the meaning of lyrics. I express it by dancing. I feel that the time is slowing down at the moment. I feel that I am inside the dancing world and connect to the music. After I dance, I can feel I am energized and have a better mood to continue to work and to serve the people around me. Moreover, I can know more colleagues from different departments when I join the Zumba class. I am grateful that I feel more motivated if I dance with my colleague! Moreover, the second way to energize your life is to eat real food. Nowadays we are surrounded by manufactured food like snacks. Minimize the input of processed food and eat more food like fruits and vegetables. Healthy food contains nutrients that are essential to our life. Vitamins can boost our immune system. Eat more healthy food can make you less susceptible to infection and stay healthy. Next, control your meal intake and just having a normal portion of food that suits your body needs. The purpose of eating is to replenish our nutrients and energy. Eating too much will cause your stomach more suffering because your stomach takes extra effort to digest all of your food. You will feel sleepy and reduce your productivity. If you feel that you can’t finish the meal, try to share it with others, and avoid wasting food. Appreciate that we have food to eat and free of hunger. Some people in this world die from hunger. Therefore, clean the food on your plate every time to avoid food wastage and you are doing something that can save the world!
Lastly, exercise and eat real food can energize our life! An energized life is kickstarted with exercise and a healthy meal. Maintain a healthy habit can help us stay at the peak can kick the doctor away. You can only help others and contribute to society by having a strong and healthy body!
