Generally, interview question is beeping. 'Bip! Bip! Bip'! Why? bear in mind, interview question is comprises of your Background, interest, and professional experience. Before you go for the interview, create a question for yourself. For example:
Can you introduce yourself?
What is your interest?
What have you achieved in the past?
Next, try to prepare the answer. Try to collect all of your data and experience. Write down on a piece of paper. Next, answer your question in front of a mirror. Rehearse few times to boost your confidence. Each practice session reminds you who you are and how you are going to sell yourself.  you can refer back to your diary to trace what have you done in the past. Answer to the question confidently can create a first good impression to the interviewer. Try to describe your strength in a short and precise manner.  Here is my example of how are going to introduce myself:

My name is Jason. I am from Penang, Malaysia. I am a Toastmaster member, I like public speaking and share my idea to ideas, I am Engineer who always like to contribute my engineering knowledge to make this world a better place. Moreover, I like Dancing because it made me happy and made other people happy too!  Ted is my acronym because it represents me!

Next time if we have a chance to meet, remember Ted. Ted is Jason. Easy to remember right?  What is yours? You can share your acronym by comment below so I can understand you more!

After the interview question has 'bip', what is next, what is the possible question the interviewer will ask you ? and now the question is more challenging. The interviewer is interested to know what you have done and what have you do. Behavioral questions and situational questions are the questions that will ask by an interviewer.

What is a behavioral question? A behavioral question is a question that asks the candidate to look back at what he or she has achieved or accomplished. These questions discover more about your experience and the lesson you have learned. For example, they will ask:
How you resolve a conflict?
What success mean to you? Share with me your success story.
Give me an example of how you achieve your personal goal.

These questions let us describe how to behave under specific circumstances. It let us understand more about our personality and behavior. If you can answer the question based on proven experience record and the experience is valuable to the job role, it will impress the interviewer!

Ask question

The next question is a situational question. These questions are future-oriented. The interviewer wants to observe how you respond to a situation. It normally asks you about what is your decision when you are in a situation.  For example,
If you are winning 1 million in the lottery, how are you going to spend your money?
If you are told that project cost will be cut 10 percent and you are responsible for project cost, how will you allocate the budget?
You realize that your colleague made a decision or do some action that may get the company in trouble. What will you do?
That is no right or wrong answer because it is an open-ended question. You just answer based on your values as long as not violate the laws. Answer the question based on your inner heart. Don't afraid to voice out your opinion. Let the interviewer shows your true version of yourself. Everyone is unique and just answers it normally.

Moreover, the interviewer may ask you some informal questions. They will ask the question which does not relate to your job scope. For example,
what is your favorite dancer?
Which song do you like to hear?

The interviewer wants  to harmonize the environment. These questions test our spontaneity. They are looking for an unrehearsed response, a little humor and how is our thought is working.  Therefore, don't feel so stress when interview! Stay calm and relax and I guarantee you can answer the question confidently.

Lastly, the interview is the process that lets the company knows more about our personality and values. Remember to prepare yourself for the interview.'Bip',behavior question, situational question and informal question are the possible questions that will be asked by the interviewer. If you are well prepared to answer all of these questions, you will be shortlisted and secure your dream job easily!
