            Life is fair. Everyone of us has only 24 hours.The number of hours in a day is fixed. However, the energy is not. We can decide how to use our energy everyday. Manage energy is more important than managing our time. Energy is the fundamental of high performers, Today I am going to share with you how to fully engaged in the task with high energy.

        Firstly, balance your energy expenditure. Human energy comprises  4 parts. There is physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy. There are related to each other. We must optimize all of the energies. If one of the energy is less than normal, we can't perform ourselves. Our capacity to shine ourselves is diminished.Therefore, we must learn how to balance four types of energies. The first energy is physical strength. It is energy helps us excel in sport, do volunteering jobs and assist our family members and friends in physical activities such as cooking, housekeeping.The second energy is emotional resilience. This energy helps us to deal with fear,sad and angry emotions. It also helps us to accept the situation,harmonize ourselves and move on.

            Third energy is mental endurance. It develops our brains and made us become smart and professional people.It trains our concentration and helps us fully engaged with challenging tasks. This energy is important because it helps us avoid distraction from all electronic gadgets.The final energy is spiritual belief. It is an energy to deepen our values and believe in our religion can help us made our life better. All of these energies are the best elements that can improve our life tremendously. 


               Work hard is the only way to success!  
                No pain , No gain!  
                Strive for excellence! 

Are you familiar with all the motivation quote? We always hear people work hard is the only way to achieve success. It is undeniable that work hard is key to success. But? How hard is it? 8 hours? 12 hours? 24 hours? There is no standard answer.  Therefore, we must work hard based on our energy capacity.  Work high with high energy in 20% of our time can produce 80% results. This is the call Pareto principle.  How to maintain  high energy? Stress and rest. 


Stress pushes us beyond energy and rest helps us recharge the energy. Life is series of sprints. Create a challenging task and set a clear end goal. Strive for it and made it. Engaging with it in a specific period. After you achieve the goal, disengage from the task and take a rest. Rest can be also switching tasks to more relaxing activities such as dancing. exercise, soical gathering or reading book. The activity that can bring happiness to you is the high quality of rest.

             Positive habit creation is also a way to energize ourselves on challenging tasks. When you think for a very long time before executing a task. it is a high chance for you to give up. Willpower is the energy to push us to become self-discipline. In my opinion, we can use our willpower to kick start a new habit. After a new habit is formed, we can start a task automatically without relying on willpower. This can save our energy to focus on a difficult task. How to sustain a habit. Always ask yourself why you want to start in the beginning.  For example. you create exercise habits because you want a fit body shape and a more healthy body. You can help more people when you are fit. Always remind yourself of the vision when executing the task. This will cause you to continue to strive for life. 


            We acknowledge bad habits and wish to change. However, the change process is not easy. What is the correct way to change yourself ? Set a purpose, understand the truth and action.  Purpose can be set by imagination and have a clear vision. Purpose must align with your self values.  After you know your purpose , the next step is to understand the reality. How far to achieve that purpose from now? is it made sense? is it possible? Try to evaluate it.  After you understand it? Begin from baby step. Action can be small enough by just requires 10 minutes a day.

            Lastly, we know that negative habit is  toxic and it will bring negative impact to our life. Next article I am going to share more about how to train yourself to renew, manage and maintain energy.
