It is Raya Holiday!

Now Malaysia is going into an endemic state.  Most Malaysian starts to travel around. I was excited because this is my opportunity to explore the area.  During this Raya holiday, I decided to take a challenge to visit Straits Quay and have a morning jog there. However, I miss the jog because it is raining cats and dogs in the morning. I accept it and change the plan to meet my friend. Her name is Winne. She is a very inspiring and energetic leader. She impresses me when she leads the division S team to achieve several goals and strive for the best.

We have a great breakfast in the coffee bean and start the conversation. I have learned some of the tips from the conversation.   I ask her how can she complete the pathways in a few months? She says she always set a target for herself and learns by doing. She says the speech idea comes from gratitude notes. She encourages me to write a gratitude diary every day. Observe the small act of kindness every day and record it down in a book. Then she can craft a speech based on her life experience. It is very inspiring. Her persistency and determination help her to complete the pathway and move forward!   Therefore, I am thinking to use the method to craft my speech to complete my toastmaster learning assignment pathway. I promise myself one day I can deliver an amazing speech in the Seberang Jaya toastmaster club.

Next, she shares with me how to build relationships with others. Firstly, wish them during the festive session. Being proactive to ask about their life status. Give them motivational quotes, inspire them and give them emotional support.  Craft a good message and send it to them. When going to visit the new club, set a target to meet two friends, open the horizon, and made my life more fun and amazing.

Breakfast

Meet

After breakfast, I walk leisurely around Straits Quay.  I breakthrough myself because I stand up in my comfort zone and start my adventure journey on Penang island.  The best travel experience is not about the place, it is about the feeling.  I enjoy the breathtaking sea view,  the small wind, and the scenery. It makes me feel at peace and forget all the negative emotions at the moment. It is a nice place to exercise in the early morning! If you are coming to Penang, you must visit the place!
