Hgh Sensitive People in Career

I am the person who are wish to contribute my knowledge to the world. I feel satisfied convert what I have learned at book to the reality. I like to see how is the idea is valuable to the company and the product. 

My Job Role

Currently I am working design validation engineer in technology company. My role is to ensure R&D prototype meets the specifications and work as expected. When R&D has an idea, they are trying to convert idea into reality.They design and build the prototype. Are they able to launch the product to market? No! They need to ensure product is perform as expected at various condition. 

My role is to create a test plan to ensure it covers all the test condition. Next , I need to estimate test time to ensure it meets the project timeline and the product is able to release to market on time !

What I enjoy during work

Setup the test and Run the test. I am new and read the old code. I feel challenged to understand the code. Therefore, I try to understand what is scpi command ,excel VBA and C#. 

I enjoy the problem solving process and find the alternative way to solve the problem.

I accept myself I am the high sensitive people. So I need to stop consuming too much information at one time. Otherwise I feel suffer. 

Previously I always set high standard to myself because I want to get a girlfriend. High standard means I have ability to clinb to the top management level in company in order to get high salary. I feel that that is only way to get a girlfriend. 

Why I think so? This is because I am lacking of confidence if not achieve certain level and standard in society. 

Next is about my own family.  I need to take care of my parents. If I need to take care both of them, I feel stress because salary is just enough to cover my parents.

 

So  I keep work hard in order to get it.  After few years of working experience, I feel tired because my life is only focus on working. 

Salary depends on a lot of factors like boss, colleague and economics. I always believe that work hard can get luck and increase the probability to get high salary.Now I realise that high standard is sounds illogical to me.
